Q: How long does it take for my machine?
A: Most of the time, we have machines ready to go.
Periodically, we will have to order some custom parts or have a little
work to do on the cabinet. Each machine is different. It may
take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for your order to be ready to pick
up or deliver.
Q: Do I pay with deposit or for the entire amount?
A: It really depends on if your machine is ready and the
method in which you prefer to pay. We highly recommend securing a
machine via deposit. Then, you can either complete the payment
when you pick up/deliver by cash, check or charge. Or, you can pay
for the entire amount all at once.

If you pay by deposit and want to complete the purchase later via credit
card, we will create a special checkout page for you.
* If you choose to pay online, you do not need a PayPal account to
purchase. However, if you do have a an existing
account, PayPal insists that you login to complete the transaction.
Otherwise, PayPal will not complete the transaction and it will not give
you an obvious reason why.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available only by appointment 7 days a week.
Call or email us and we can see you, typically 2 hours in advance or
more.
Q: Can I make money with these machines?
A: Legally, No. While the coin mechanisms are
working, you must register your machine with the state and abide by all
your local ordinances regarding vending machine operation.
Q: Do you repair arcade games?
A: No. We only service or warranty machines we have
sold.
Q: How can I easily compare your products with
the competition?
A: Major components to look or ask for:
1) We use authentic arcade cabinets - not home built, where
the quality of the cabinet may be suspect and major components may be
missing. Actual working coin mechanisms, vault, locks and real arcade
controls.
2) 25" Arcade monitor. Avoid computer monitors, small
19" arcade monitors or worse yet TV sets.
3) On site warranty
4) Cost! We are literally THOUSANDS less than the competition
due to our low overhead.
