Please note that real arcade machines are not furniture quality. Castle Classic Arcade takes pride in returning
these machines back to their former glory, but in the end, they are
still arcade machines that were originally built to be tough and heavy. There may be some cosmetic blemishes on the
bottom and back edges of the machine. Also, during moving, the
machine may incur some minor blemishing on these corners and edges.
These edges are generally hidden when the machine is in the room.
Each machine does have all new plastic edge molding to minimize any
damage stemming from moving the machine and rough play.
Maintenance of the cabinet, paint and glass is the owner responsibility.
Warranty
and Accessory Items
While we expect each machine to run flawlessly for many years to come,
there is the occasion when a part will fail before its time. In
this event, we will work diligently with you to make sure your machine
is running as it should. Any failed parts from machines purchased
from Castle Classic Arcade will be
replaced or repaired for free during the first 90 days (longer warranty
lengths offered) and at a
discounted rate after the warranty has expired including items such as:
All internal wiring
Buttons, Joysticks, Trackball
Game board, hard drive (if equipped) and sound system
Coin mechanism
Switches and power supplies
Arcade Monitor
Warranty does not cover damage stemming from neglect, electrical
surges, liquid spills or game tampering.
We now
offer extended warranty packages: 1 year ($200) 2 years ($300)
Arcade Game Service Rate
We offer arcade game repair for machines purchased from us or
another party. Our interest is that you have your machine back in running
order quickly and efficiently, so we do not mark up parts costs and only charge
our standard labor rate.
Post
Warranty Items: Customer will be charged current market price with no mark-up
plus labor rate (see below)
Upgrade Items: Items purchased from
Accessories will be charged labor
rate for installation - unless purchased along with a new game system.
Labor
Rate: $100/hr
(1 hour intervals). We will not charge more than quoted time for
replacement or upgrade items.
